About Hexad
With over 20 years of coaching experience, HEXAD 1-to-1 Football Coaching brings a wealth of knowledge, credibility and passion to player development. Having coached across multiple clubs and age groups — including boys, girls and adults — we understand how to tailor sessions to the individual needs of every player.
Our coaching background includes a wide range of FA-affiliated training and qualifications, covering key development areas such as the Play Phase, Disability in Football, Talent Identification and the BT Playmaker programme. Beyond coaching, we have gained first-hand insight into the game through refereeing matches, supporting club welfare as a Former Welfare Officer, and handling player safeguarding responsibly.
HEXAD is proud to be FA Affiliated, First Aid trained, and built on genuine grassroots football experience. We have even built an entire club from scratch, giving us an unmatched understanding of how to develop players, coaches and environments from the ground up.
Whether working with beginners or advanced players, our mission is simple: to support individual growth, build confidence, and help every player reach their full potential in a positive, safe and progressive football environment.

We can assist YOU with YOUR coaching..
Whether you already have a team and are looking for additional support, or feel that one of your players would benefit from 1–1 coaching during a training session, we’re here to help.
We also provide coaches for soccer camps, matchdays, and events where extra support is needed. From assisting with training sessions and organising fixtures to providing a qualified referee if required, we offer flexible support tailored to your needs.
